• Residence address for past two years.
• W-2's for previous two years.
• Paycheck stubs covering most recent 30 days.
• Checking and savings statements/books showing last three months activity.
• Names, addresses, account #'s for all Installment accounts, statements for credit cards.
• Address / account # for mortgage or landlord or 12 months cancelled checks.
• Papers regarding bankruptcy, judgments, divorce.
• Application fee (for the credit report and appraisal).
